国网宁波供电公司立足服务全国制造业“单项冠军”第一城宁波市低碳绿色发展，秉承“服务换业务，业务换资源”的理念，致力于解决工业企业空压系统能效提升三大难题。首创“政府”“供应商”“电网企业”“国有企业”“同业伙伴”五位一体服务模式，打造“淘气宝”能效服务平台，找准问题解决四个关键点，创新组建1+X工业社区服务团队，建立一套数字化管控流程，提出一系列创新能效提升技术，创新研发投资建设运维一体化的多元可持续商业模式，通过将服务从供电设备延伸到用能设备，开展能源数据互联，把“气”淘成“宝”，有效解决工业企业能效提升难题，实现多方共赢。

State Grid Ningbo Power Supply Company is based on serving the development of low-carbon green development of Ningbo, the "single champion" of the national manufacturing industry. Adhering to the concept of "service for business, business for resources", we are committed to solving the three major problems of improving the energy efficiency of air compressor systems in industrial enterprises. We initiated the five-in-one service model of "government", "supplier", "power grid enterprise", "state-owned enterprise" and "trade partner", built the "Naughty Treasure" energy efficiency service platform, identified four key points to solve problems, innovatively set up a 1+X industrial community service team, established a set of digital management and control processes, put forward a series of innovative energy efficiency improvement technologies, and innovated R&D investment to build a diversified sustainable business model integrating operation and maintenance. By extending services from power supply equipment to energy-consuming equipment,  energy data interconnection was carried out, turned "gas" into "treasure", effectively solved the problem of energy efficiency improvement of industrial enterprises, to achieve a win-win situation.

截至2023年底，已推动宁波市政府出台《宁波市空压机能效提升计划（2023-2025）》，相关实践案例荣获中国节能协会创新奖，被国网浙江电力作为“供电+能效服务”重点工作在浙江省范围推广，并纳入国网公司能效服务示范案例。已在宁波建成高效空压站16个，帮助企业节省用电量超1000万千瓦时，持续高效稳定供气突破1000日，提高企业产品良品率0.85%，节省能源和原材料成品超500万元。

By the end of 2023, the Ningbo Municipal Government had been promoted to issue the Ningbo Air Compressor Energy Efficiency Improvement Plan (2023-2025), and relevant practical cases won the Innovation Award of China Energy Conservation Association, which was promoted by State Grid Zhejiang Electric Power as the key work of "power supply+energy efficiency service" in Zhejiang Province and included in the demonstration case of energy efficiency service of State Grid Corporation of China. Sixteen high-efficiency air compressor stations have been built in Ningbo, helping enterprises to save electricity consumption by over 10 million kWh, continuously and efficiently supply gas for over 1,000 days, improving the product yield of enterprises by 0.85%, and saving energy and raw materials and finished products by over 5 million yuan.

结合“淘气宝”实践经验，国网宁波供电公司牵头成立宁波市绿电协会及新能源产业商会电力交易与碳服务专业委员会，集合能源局、经信局等7个政府部门及银行、光伏企业、绿电交易商等60多家，开展“三商”服务，拓展分布式光伏、地源热泵等节能增效方式，实现新增年可再生能源发电量87亿千瓦时，降低二氧化碳排放600万吨，推进工业企业节能降碳多方共治、多方共赢，有效带动更多社会利益相关方加入“淘宝为金”队伍，打造以企业为中心的省电、节能、降碳、网荷互动的柔性能效互动生态圈，助力宁波从“制造大市”迈向“智造之都”。

Combined with the practical experience of "Naughty Treasure", State Grid Ningbo Power Supply Company took the lead in setting up the Ningbo Green Power Association and the Power Trading and Carbon Service Professional Committee of the Ningbo New Energy Chamber of Commerce, bringing together seven government departments including the Energy Administration and the Economic and Information Technology Bureau, as well as more than 60 banks, photovoltaic enterprises and green power traders to carry out the "tri-business" service, expand energy-saving and efficiency-enhancing methods such as distributed photovoltaic and ground source heat pumps, and realize the annual renewable energy generation of 8.7 billion kWh. Reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 6 million tons, promote multi-party co-governance and win-win for industrial enterprises to save energy and reduce carbon, effectively drive more social stakeholders to join the team of "gold digger", create a flexible energy-efficient interactive ecosystem with enterprise-centered power saving, energy saving, carbon reduction and network-load interaction, and help Ningbo move from "manufacturing city" to "intelligent manufacturing capital".

项目经验在多个国家级平台展示，获得“2023金钥匙·国网主题赛”碳赛道冠军。2024年全国两会期间，全国两会代表、国网品牌形象大使钱海军将工业企业降碳的“宁波实践”提交全国人大建议，在央视、工人日报、浙江人大等媒体传播。在从“淘气宝”向“淘金者”转变的过程中，进一步树立了国网公司责任品牌形象。

The project experience was displayed on several national platforms and won the championship of "2023 Golden Key State Grid Theme Tournament" carbon track. During the two sessions of the National People's Congress in 2024, Qian Haijun, the representative of the two sessions of the National People's Congress and the brand image ambassador of State Grid, submitted the "Ningbo Practice" of reducing carbon in industrial enterprises to the National People's Congress for dissemination in CCTV, Workers' Daily, Zhejiang People's Congress and other media. In the process of changing from "naughty treasure" to "gold digger", the responsible brand image of State Grid Corporation was further established.
