晶科能源藉由不断创新的技术和产品,为全球提供清洁、安全、便宜、智慧的清洁能源, 以经济可行的方 案助力应对气候变化。公司终端产品为光伏组件, 生产环节中间品包括硅棒/ 硅锭、硅片、电池片。在发 展中间品与终端产品的同时,公司亦不断拓展光伏技术多元化规模应用场景,着力打造新能源生态圈。
 
Jinko Solar Co., Ltd. (referred to as "JinkoSolar") provides clean, safe, cheap and intelligent clean energy for the whole world through innovative technologies and products, and helps to cope with climate change with economical and feasible solutions. The company's end products are photovoltaic modules, and the intermediate products in the production process include silicon rods/ingots, silicon wafers and battery chips. While developing intermediate products and terminal products, the company also continuously expands the diversified scale application scenarios of photovoltaic technology and strives to create a new energy ecosystem.
 
一、 环境 Environment
 
 零碳产品解决方案  Zero-carbon product solutions
 
组件助力零碳转型。光伏组件是光伏发电系统的核心部件, 将光能转化为电能,为企业输送清洁能源。公司准确把握技术发展趋势及市场需求变化,应用 PERC、TOPCon、双面、半片、叠焊、多主栅、大尺寸 等电池及组件工艺技术,差异化开发并推出多个系列产品,以适应不同场景需求。Tiger Neo 系列组件为 公司于 2021 年 11 月推出的高效组件,具有高功率、高效率、高可靠性和低衰减等优势。截至 2023 年末,公司组件全球累计出货量超 210GW。 
 
Components help zero-carbon transformation. Photovoltaic module is the core component of photovoltaic power generation system, which converts light energy into electric energy and delivers clean energy for enterprises. Our company accurately grasps the development trend of technology and the changes of market demand, and applies the battery and component technology such as PERC, TOPCon, double-sided, half-chip, overlapping welding, multi-grid and large size to develop and launch a number of series of products in a differentiated manner to meet the needs of different scenarios. Tiger Neo series components are high-efficiency components launched by the company in November 2021, which have the advantages of high power, high efficiency, high reliability and low attenuation. By the end of 2023, the company's global cumulative shipments of components exceeded 210GW.
 
储能助力智慧用电。储能系统由光伏设备和储能设备组成,其中光伏设备吸收太阳能转化成电能,储能设 备将光伏设备产生的电能进行存储。当光伏系统电力不足时,储能系统将存储的电能释放,转换为平滑稳定的电流供电网使用。2023 年末,公司储能产品已完成项目超 100 个。
 
Energy storage helps smart use of electricity. The energy storage system consists of photovoltaic equipment and energy storage equipment, wherein the photovoltaic equipment absorbs solar energy and converts it into electric energy, and the energy storage device is used to store the electric energy generated by the photovoltaic equipment. When the photovoltaic system is short of power, the energy storage system releases the stored electric energy and converts it into a smooth and stable current supply network for use. By the end of 2023, the company had completed more than 100 energy storage products. 
 
 光伏建筑一体化(简称“BIPV”)是一种将太阳能发电(光伏)产品集成到建筑上的技术。公司 BIPV 产品主要包括 晶彩 BIPV 屋顶产品、晶彩 BIPV 幕墙产品两大类,具有高 效率、低衰减、可踩踏、抗强风、易安装和维护、无框设计不积灰等特点。截至报告期末,公司晶彩 BIPV 系列产品已实现创收超 2 亿元,项目30 年总发电量预计将超 27 亿 kWh。 
 
Building Integrated Photovoltaics(BIPV) is a technology that integrates solar power (photovoltaic) products into buildings. The company's BIPV products mainly include Jinco color steel BIPV roof products and Jinco color steel BIPV curtain wall products, which have the characteristics of high efficiency, low attenuation, trampling resistance, strong wind resistance, easy installation and maintenance, frameless design and no dust accumulation. By the end of the reporting period, the company's Jinco color steel BIPV series products have achieved income of more than 200 million yuan, and the total power generation of the project in 30 years is expected to exceed 2.7 billion kWh.
 
绿色低碳发展  Green and low-carbon development 
 
推进低碳运营。公司严格遵守《中华人民共和国节约能源法》《工业企业能源管理导则》等法律法规与标 准,制定《能源管理手册》, 配套《能源运行控制程序》等程序文件,规范能源管理体系建设。截至报 告期末,公司共有 64.29% 的已投产基地 已获得 ISO 50001 能源管理体系认证。 
 
Promoting low-carbon operation. The company strictly abides by laws, regulations and standards such as People's Republic of China (PRC) Energy Conservation Law, Guidelines for Energy Management of Industrial Enterprises, etc., and formulates the Energy Management Manual, supporting the Energy Operation Control Procedure and other program documents to standardize the construction of the energy management system. By the end of the reporting period, 64.29% of the company's production bases have obtained ISO 50001 energy management system certification. 
 
晶科能源持续推进节能减排步伐,打通了首条零碳工厂内部产业链,并通过 TUV 莱茵认证,实现四川 拉 晶(I 型四星)→乐山切片(I 型四星)→楚雄电池(I 型四星)→上饶组件(I 型五星)的零碳路径。截至 2024 年初,公司已有 4 家子公司通过 “零碳工厂”认证,共采购碳信用 3,046 吨、绿证 93,124 张。 
 
JinkoSolar continued to push forward the pace of energy conservation and emission reduction, opened the first internal industrial chain of zero-carbon factory, and passed TÜV Rheinland certification, realizing the zero-carbon path from Sichuan crystal growing ( I Four-Star) → Leshan slicing (I Four-Star) → Chuxiong cells (I Four-Star) → Shangrao modules (I Five-Star). By the beginning of 2024, four subsidiaries of the company had passed the "Zero-Carbon Factory" certification, and purchased 3,046 tons of carbon credits and 93,124 green certificates.

2024 年初,晶科能源正式发布 Neo Green 系列组件。该系列 Tiger Neo 组件均由 TÜV Rheinland 认证的 "零碳工厂"所生产,符合该认证的标准和要求。晶科能源也是业内首家获得 TÜV Rheinland 颁发"零碳工厂 "认证的企业,认证范围包括硅锭制造、硅片切割、光伏电池和光伏组件制造。
 
At the beginning of 2024, JinkoSolar officially released Neo Green series components. This series of Tiger Neo components are all produced by the "Zero-Carbon Factory" certified by TÜV Rheinland, which meets the certification standards and requirements. JinkoSolar is also the first enterprise in the industry to obtain the "Zero-Carbon Factory" certification issued by TÜV Rheinland, which covers silicon ingot manufacturing, silicon wafer cutting, photovoltaic cell and photovoltaic module manufacturing.

设定供应链减排目标 Setting supply chain emission reduction targets 
 
晶科能源积极响应中国政府“3060”承诺,主动采取行动应对气候变化,助力实现《巴黎协定》“将全球平 均气温升幅限制在工业化前水平以上 1.5℃℃之内”的长期目标。晶科能源于 2021 年 11 月宣布签署并向 SBTi 提交《企业雄心助力 1.5℃C 限温目标承诺函》,表明设立科学碳目标并力争实现 2050 价值链净零排 放的决心与承诺。 
 
JinkoSolar actively responded to the "3060" commitment of China government and took the initiative to deal with climate change, helping to achieve the long-term goal of "limiting the global average temperature increase to 1.5℃ above the pre-industrial level" in the Paris Agreement. In November 2021, JinkoSolar announced the signing and submission of the Commitment Letter of Enterprise Ambition to Help 1.5℃C Temperature Limit Target to SBTi, indicating the determination and commitment to set scientific carbon targets and strive to achieve net zero emission in the 2050 value chain. olution to achieve carbon neutrality.

供应链管理制度 Supply chain management system 
 
晶科能源持续关注气候变化对供应链产生的影响,与上下游合作伙伴携手,  增强供应链应对气候风险综合 能力。晶科能源制定《供应商管理制度》《供应商开发管理规定》《可持续采购政策》等供应商管理相关 制度和程序,对供应商全生命周期管理做出明确规定, 其中环境合规、环境管理体系认证等为核心供应商 准入的重要考量。为进一步提升可持续供应链管理能力,晶科能源强化原有 ESG 管理体系,成立供应链可 持续发展部门,推动相关方更深入理解、执行可持续供应链策略。
 
JinkoSolar continues to pay attention to the impact of climate change on the supply chain, and works with upstream and downstream partners to enhance the comprehensive ability of the supply chain to cope with climate risks. JinkoSolar has formulated supplier management systems and procedures such as Supplier Management System, Supplier Development Management Regulations and Sustainable Procurement Policy, which clearly define the whole life cycle management of suppliers, among which environmental compliance and environmental management system certification are important considerations for the access of core suppliers. In order to further enhance the ability of sustainable supply chain management, JinkoSolar strengthened the original ESG management system and set up a sustainable development department of supply chain to promote relevant parties to understand and implement sustainable supply chain strategies more deeply.
